We tried the combo skewers, millionaire green bacon, and salted egg kombucha. Everything was tasty! It was pretty busy on a Friday night. There was a wait by 6:30pm, but food service was quick. They don’t serve alcohol currently, but you can BYOB for a small fee.

The food is so good here. Definitely worth the price. Hidden gem sooo far 🥹 Complimentary potato salad and a small lychee drink our first time here. The music is lowkey amazing.

Walked in with 2 other friends around 6pm on a Friday and it looked busy inside so we thought we'd have to give up and just wait, but turns out there was a booth in the back just perfect for us since our whole party was all here. The server was super helpful and the menu was pretty fun. You'll know what I mean when you see it. The food comes out fast and isn't huge servings so watch out for your wallet. The fried chicken cartilage was my favorite. Everything was super good though. Yay!

A cozy Japanese place in the Mission for yummy bite-sized Japanese eats. The place is really small and filled up within 5 minutes of opening on a Friday so recommend getting here a bit before 5pm. They also have really good happy hour prices from 5-5:30. We got the cartilage karage and salted egg kabocha to start with some pineapple beer, all of which were amazing and I would order again. We got the 7 skewer combo and ordered a few more bites on the side. Highlights were the gizzard, beef, and shishito pepper skewers. They also provided complimentary potato salad before the meal and a watermelon skewer at the end. Overall everything was delicious and service was amazing. The overall vibe and decor of the place also really felt like a restaurant in Japan.

My go to place after rock climbing. The server Judy is always amazing and kind. Cocktails have beautiful ice spheres with fruits and edible flowers. Update: Came here again for the 5th time (10/7/23) and never fails to impress with their amazing food! Updated the menu

Came here and put our name down on a waiting list. We waited about 20 minutes before our name was called. The service was fast. I thought the fisherman’s sashimi platter was fresh and definitely worth it. The meat skewers were great. The vegetable skewers were over sauced. Okonomiyaki was very filling which did not leave room for dessert. I liked my tea and the mango drink was refreshing.

Small and cozy place with delicious small plates and great variation. Tried pineapple infused beer ❤️ skewers, and dumpling were also delicious. Favorite is uni, which is hard to beat 😄 Edit: 8/22/2023 Tried the special Tokyo surf’n’turf which was melting in mouth, so delicious. Also hope that salted egg fried chicken wings will finds its way to permanent menu, crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. Delicious!
